If you purchased a digital planner (or notebook) from Etsy, here are the steps you need to take to download your files.
Order Confirmation Page
Immediately after your purchase, you should be brought to this “Thanks for your order” page with a link to view your downloads.
If you click too quickly, you may see a message that states “Hang tight. Your files will be ready to download in a few minutes.” You can still click the button that says “View downloads” on the right, you just may have to refresh the page after a few minutes.
Downloads Page
Once your files are ready to be downloaded, you’ll see this “Download” button on the right. Tap on that.
You’ll see a popup at the bottom of the screen. Tap on “Download”
Then, the text will change to “Open in…” Tap on that.
Open in Downloads
You can choose any PDF reader to open this first file in. For the sake of this tutorial, we are going to select “Open in Downloads”
Your file should be right at the top of the list. You may have to look under the “Recents” or “On My iPad” sections to find it.
When you locate the file, tap on it.
Select the Perfect Digital Planner or Notebook
Follow the directions written in this file to find your perfect digital planner combination.

How to Find Your Downloads in Etsy
If you need to get back to your available downloads after the “Thank you for your purchase” screen is gone, here is how you can do that.
First, you are going to go to Etsy.com and log in to your account.
In the top, right-hand corner you will see your profile picture or the person icon. Tap on that and select “Purchases.”
From this screen, you can scroll through all your Etsy purchases.
Find the one from PT Paper and tap on “Download Files” on the right.
Again, tap on the “Download” square on the right, and you’ll see a popup on the bottom of your screen.
Tap “Download” again.
The text will change to “Open in…” Tap on that and then the steps are the same as they were listed above.
